    Hello.  My name is Kathryn Graves with Weichert Realtors in McLean, Virginia.  I’ve been a Northern Virginia resident for 30 years.    I am a full-time Realtor® with over 19+ years working from the Weichert -McLean office, with hundreds of transactions under my belt and over $200,000,000 in closed sales.  I maintain a very open and honest relationship with my clients and you will have my undivided attention while we are working together.  I want to get to know you and understand your needs and goals and what I can do for you to make the process for you as smooth and easy as possible for you while still helping you maximize your proceeds from the sale of your current home or your investment in a new home.   Need to both sell your current home and buy a new home?  I can help you do both seamlessly.  My goal is always to provide the very best service to my clients and to make the home buying or selling experience not just a good one but a GREAT one!    

   I have also lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland and California.  I was initially hesitant to move here but have discovered the region neighborhood by neighborhood and have since fallen in love with the area.  Whether out and about in DC, Maryland or Virginia there is something for everyone here just waiting to be found. This region offers so much diversity, great public schools, cultural exhibits, festivals, nature, shopping, restaurants, museums and theater shows, sporting events, public gardens, Arena and outdoor concerts at Wolf Trap, woods and trails to go hiking and biking and even places to go sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more. You just have to know where to look and I am here to help you with this! I also have navigated the various school systems and pyramids and understand how important finding a great home in an excellent school district is for many families having done so with my own children.   I currently live in McLean and have also lived in Vienna, Centreville, and Loudoun County.  I can help you navigate the large Northern Virginia/MD/DC area and help you find the neighborhood and home that is just right for you.
